The Burnlaw Steiner Playgroup is a nurturing and inspiring group for parents/ carers and children up to 4 years old.
The group meets weekly on a Monday between 9.30 and 11.30 in the beautiful setting of the Burnlaw Centre and is open to all.
Drawing on Rudolph Steiner’s understanding of child development, we aim to create an environment that is respectful of the needs of young children and their parents.
We follow a rhythm each session that includes natural play in an inspirational environment, a craft for parent and child to enjoy together, a nourishing snack, ringtime with seasonal songs, woodland play in all weathers.

There is a small parenting library and occasional discussion/ craft evenings for parents themed on specific issues. We also hold Family Seasonal Celebrations, open to all the family, on weekend days throughout the year.
